Satay peanut sauce

SATE BUMBU KACANG

.Ingredients:

     * 750 gr fried beans, discarding the skin, mashed
     * 500 ml thick coconut milk medium
     * 2 bay leaves
     * 5 pieces of orange leaves
     * 3 stalks lemongrass
     * 5 cloves garlic chopped and fried
     * 1 teaspoon salt
     * 2 tablespoons brown sugar combed
     * Soy sauce to taste sweet and orange limo.
     * The meat of chicken or pork for kebabs.
     * Cut the dice according to taste, stick with a skewer, grilled.

Directions:

     * Boil coconut milk until boiling, put lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaves, fried onions, brown sugar, salt and beans, and cook briefly.
