Satay peanut sauce

SATE BUMBU KACANG

.Ingredients:

     * 750 gr fried beans, discarding the skin, mashed
     * 500 ml thick coconut milk medium
     * 2 bay leaves
     * 5 pieces of orange leaves
     * 3 stalks lemongrass
     * 5 cloves garlic chopped and fried
     * 1 teaspoon salt
     * 2 tablespoons brown sugar combed
     * Soy sauce to taste sweet and orange limo.
     * The meat of chicken or pork for kebabs.

Directions:

     * Boil coconut milk until boiling, put lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaves, fried onions, brown sugar, salt and beans, and cook briefly.

Empek-empek Palembang


Material:

     * 600 gr Fish Belida / tengiri
     * 300 gr white Sago / 11 / 2 cups
     * 100 cc of water / 3 / 4 cup

How to cook:

SHRIMP PANCET Lado


Materials: I

     * 800 gr shrimp pancet
     * 1 tsp sugar
     * 1 piece of lemon water taken
     * salt to taste

Material: II

     * 3 cloves garlic crushed
     * 1 teaspoon salt
     * 50 ml water

Mashed Seasonings:

     * 20 pieces of red chilli deseeded
     * 2 tomatoes
     * 7 pieces red onion
     * 1 teaspoon salt

Method:

     * Clean the shrimp and split his back and then wash with lime and salt until they are clean.
     * Enter the shrimp and mix into the material II, mix well. Let stand for 10 minutes of cooking until done.
     * Saute the blended ingredients until fragrant and cooked.
     * Enter the granulated sugar and shrimp (material II) and add 50 ml of water and cook until spices permeate the shrimp.
     * Remove and serve.

TIP select shrimp pancet Lado:
